What this website is for
This site gives general information about the business and the work it does, and lets you send an estimate request about a project. That is the whole of what it offers. There is nothing to buy on it, no account to open, and no payment to make.
Sending a request does not create a contract
Sending an estimate request through this site does not by itself create a contract for building work. On its own it promises none of the following:
- that the project is accepted, or that the business is able to take it on
- an appointment, a visit or a call
- that an estimate is produced, or a price given
- a start date, a schedule or a completion date
Final scope, price, schedule and payment obligations require a separate agreement between you and the business. That agreement, not this page, governs the remodeling work itself.
Estimates and quotations
Anything shown or discussed before a site visit is preliminary. A request sent through this site is not an estimate and does not fix a price. What a project actually costs can depend on:
- the scope of the work once it is properly understood
- measurements and the condition of the property, including anything found once work opens up
- materials chosen, their availability and their price at the time
- labour, access to the site, and the time of year
- permits, inspections and any requirement imposed by an authority
- changes you ask for after the work is agreed
Accuracy of what is on this site
The site is kept as accurate as reasonably possible, but it is not promised to be complete or free of error at every moment, and it may be changed without notice. Nothing on it should be treated as professional advice about your particular property or project.

Photographs identified as completed projects on this site were supplied by the owner as photographs of completed work.
Ownership of content
The design of this site, its text, its layout and the business’s mark are protected and belong to the business or to whoever supplied them to it under licence. You may read the site and share a link to it. Copying it, reusing its content commercially, or presenting it as your own is not permitted without written permission.
Using the site properly
Please do not:
- attack the site, overload it, or try to interfere with how it works for other people
- try to reach any part of it, or any data behind it, that is not meant to be public
