We schedule a visit and look at the project in person. Estimates are free, and Monday is our usual day for on-site visits.

You get a clear price and a plain explanation of what the work includes — so there is no guessing about what you are paying for.
We work to your budget
We work with your budget and what you actually need. If there is more than one project, it can be scoped as a single package rather than separate jobs.
Start to finish, then cleaned up
We handle the project through to the end and keep you in the loop while it runs. When the work is done we clean up after ourselves and go through it with you.

- Do you charge for an estimate?
- No. Estimates are free. We come out, look at the project, and give you a price and a scope with no charge and no obligation.
- Can you do more than one job at the same time?
- Yes. Bathrooms, kitchens, LVP flooring and painting can be combined into a single project package rather than booked as separate jobs. Tell us everything you are thinking about and it can be scoped together.
- How does payment work?
- Once the project scope and agreement are finalized, projects generally begin with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the agreed work.
- When are you open?
- Monday to Friday. Monday is also our usual day for on-site estimates, so it is a good day to ask for one.
